A dynamic collaboration between Fountaine Pajot and Couach is set to redefine motor cruising with a new brand that combines Fountaine Pajot’s expertise in pleasure catamarans with Couach’s reputation for high-performance, bespoke vessels. While the brand name will be revealed in early 2025, the first model, the Code 07, is already making waves.
The New Code 07
As Fountaine Pajot continues to lead in the pleasure catamaran market, this partnership brings a focused range of large-scale, luxury motor catamarans to the forefront. The Code 07, measuring 16.4 meters in length, sets the tone for this new series. Designed by Barret Racoupeau, the Code 07 boasts a sleek profile with a glass-clad superstructure, an inverted windshield, and stylised windows throughout the hulls—features that create a seamless connection between the vessel’s interior and the surrounding seascape.
With multiple outdoor living areas, including sunbathing zones, dining spaces, and a flybridge with a hardtop, the Code 07 delivers both luxury and functionality. Its cockpit’s clean, modern design includes rounded steps and offers an inviting space for relaxation and socialising.
The interior is designed for comfort, with a bright, open layout aimed at maximising both space and ease of movement. It comes in two configuration options: the Maestro and Quatuor layouts. The Maestro layout features a spacious owner’s suite with an optional children’s cabin or dressing room, plus two additional double cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Meanwhile, the Quatuor version provides four double cabins, each with en-suite bathrooms, ideal for those who prioritise chartering capabilities. Standard propulsion includes twin 450-hp Yanmar engines, with a more powerful option available.
Power 80, Fountaine Pajot’s Flagship Model
Adding to this momentous launch, Fountaine Pajot has also unveiled the Power 80, set to make its debut early next year. Positioned as the brand's largest and most luxurious motor yacht, the Power 80 is designed to meet the needs of superyacht clientele. With an option for twin 750-hp or 950-hp engines, this flagship model is suited for long-haul cruising, including transatlantic journeys.
The Power 80 interior offers up to 250 square meters of refined entertaining space on deck, finished with premium materials such as top-stitched leather and plush carpeting. With various layout options for enhanced privacy or open social spaces, the Power 80 provides a customised experience designed for elegance and convenience on every voyage.
