Soproyachts is excited to announce our participation in the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 in September, alongside our esteemed partner brands. This year's event promises to be exceptional, with significant updates and new features to accommodate the ongoing modernisation of the Vieux Port.
New Features at Cannes Yachting Festival 2024
The 2024 festival will introduce a new area dedicated to showcasing new motor boats from 8 meters long—a first for the Cannes Yachting Festival. This marina will span over 1,700 m² and provide more than 300 meters of linear quay. Visitors can expect to see 170 boats (150 in water and 20 on land) with rigid or semi-rigid hulls, as well as a selection of outboard engines suited for these boats.
Located between the Sailing and Brokerage & Toys areas at Port Canto, this new marina will enhance the visitor experience by allowing a complete tour of Port Canto—a loop of approximately 2.5 km. This tour will feature nearly 340 boats, including 120 new sailboats over 10 meters long, 170 power boats from 8 meters long, and around 50 pre-owned large yachts over 24 meters long. The festival will also include several traversantes (motorized pontoons) for easy navigation between quays and for sea trials.
Partner Brands at Cannes
We are pleased to announce that our partner brands—Sessa Marine, Ranieri International, Fountaine Pajot, Williams Jet Tenders, FIM, and Beneteau—will be present at the festival. Attendees can look forward to the world premiere of FIM's 500 Regina, Sessa Marine's new F6X, the recently released F48, and a brand-new Key Largo model KL45. Additionally, Ranieri International is expected to showcase two new models, the Cayman 33 Executive and Next 255 LX, recently teased on social media (more details to follow!)
